  • Four 45-60 minute simulations, mirroring real therapy session durations
  • One-to-one therapist-to-client ratio, using experts by experience as clients
  • Consistent pairing of participant with the same client across all four simulations
  • Focus on key milestones in psychotherapy
  • Emphasis on developing authentic therapeutic alliances, connection, and attunement
